What data do we process and why?

We process only the personal data you voluntarily provide when using our e-shop, especially when placing an order, registering, or communicating with us.

The processed data may include:

  • name and surname

  • delivery address (including international addresses)

  • e-mail address

  • phone number

  • billing details (VAT ID, company ID)

  • IP address and cookies

Purposes of processing:

  • processing orders and delivering goods within the Czech Republic and the entire EU

  • issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations

  • communicating with customers

  • fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., archiving)

  • legitimate interest (e.g., improving services, statistics, direct marketing)

On what legal basis do we process your data?

  • Performance of a contract – processing your order, delivering goods

  • Legal obligation – accounting, tax records

  • Legitimate interest – improving services, direct marketing

  • Consent – where required, e.g., for newsletters

Who has access to your data?

Your personal data is processed only by the Controller and the following processors:

  • e-shop platform provider (Shoptet a.s.)

  • accounting software provider or accounting company

  • payment gateway providers and shipping companies, including international carriers

  • external IT administrator (if used)

We have signed data processing agreements with all processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

How long do we keep your data?

  • order and invoicing data: 10 years

  • e-mail communication: 2 years

  • marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or unsubscribed

What are your rights?

In accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data

  • request rectification or erasure of your data

  • object to processing

  • request restriction of processing

  • request data portability to another controller

  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz) or with another competent supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your residence or place of work

If we process data based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data security

We protect your personal data both technically and organisationally against loss, misuse, damage, and unauthorised access. Only authorised persons have access to the data.

We use cookies on our website to ensure functionality, measure traffic, and personalise content.
Cookies can be disabled or restricted in your internet browser settings.
